To play Family Feud or Scene It? on Gamestar+ you will need to have a physical copy of the game, which can be purchased exclusively at Target.
In the game box you will find an activation card with a code, which will be used to link your copy of the game with your Gamestar+ account. To activate your copy, follow the steps below:
If you haven't already, register for a Gamestar+ account HERE. Be sure to complete all steps of the registration process, including clicking on the link that is sent to the email address you use to register.
After you have completed the registration process, you will to SIGN IN to your account before you can activate your game.
Once you are signed in, you can activate your game from the MY ACCOUNT screen by clicking on the ACTIVATE button under the Family Feud logo.
You can also go directly to the activation page using THIS LINK, or use the QR code that is on the activation card that came in the game box.
On the activation screen, you must enter the code as it appears on the card that came in the game box. You DO NOT need to enter the dashes.
Once the game is activated, you are ready to play! You only need to enter the activation code ONCE.
To play the game, you must be signed in with the same account you used to activate the game. Then just go to your MY ACCOUNT page and click the PLAY button under the Family Feud logo. You can also book mark THIS LINK to jump in even quicker.
SAVE YOUR ACTIVATION CARD! If you have any issues, you can reach out to customer support, however they will likely ask you to send in a photo of your activation card to help you resolve any issues.
Common Activation Problems
If you receive an error saying your activation code isn't valid, here are some suggestions on how to troubleshoot.
Make sure you have registered for a Gamestar+ account and are signed in. You won't be able to activate a game code until you have completed the steps outlined above.
If you already activated your game, you don't need to enter the code again. Just sign in with the account you used to activate the game and go to the MY ACCOUNT page. From there, you will be able to launch the game.
Make sure you have typed the code in correctly. Pay special attention to any zeros on the activation code and make sure you didn't accidentally enter them as the letter O.
Make sure no one else in your house has activated the game using a different email address. Once a code has been activated under an account, it is locked to that account and cannot be reused. If someone in your house has activated the game and you want to move the code to a different account, reach out to customer support and they will assist you.
